銘「春の新芽」

春先に植物の芽が出てくる。その芽が生まれる瞬間をとらえたようなフォルム。このシェイプはパイプ作家ボー・ノルドへのオマージュ。1970年代初頭のボーがよく作った作品。ボウルとシャンクがはっきりと別物のごとく存在感を出している。太いシャンクの内部はパイプにしては巨大な空間がある。そこで十分に煙を冷やし、口腔内に運び込む。吸い口を外すときは利き手でボウルを持ち、もう一方の手で吸い口の先端を弾くと、その衝撃で外れやすくなる。

This form represents the moment when spring buds are born. Mr. Bo Nordh often made them in the early 1970s. The bowl and shank give the presence like a different things. There is a huge space inside the thick shank. Then it makes the smoke cool and enters the mouth. When removing the mouthpiece, hold the bowl with dominant hand and play with the tip of the mouthpiece with the other hand, the way makes it easier for the impact to detach.
