1970年代より、「TSUGE」ブランドのフラッグシップモデルとして製作されているフリーハンドパイプ。ボウルから吸い口まで全て手作り。柘製作所のパイプ 職人・福田和弘(81)らが匠の技を尽くして作り上げている。福田和弘は15歳で柘製作所のパイプ製作に携わり、1977年にはシックステン・イヴァルソンの工房で修業し、フリーハンドのデンマーク作家パイプの真髄を学ぶ。その技術が惜しみなく注がれた「イケバナ」は、世界中のパイプコレクターに愛されている。

IKEBANA has been the flagship freehand model of TSUGE since the 1970s. From a bowl to mouthpiece, everything is handmade. All pipes of the IKEBANA line are created by one of Tsuge’s craft-men Kazuhiro Fukuda, 81, with superior technique. He has made Tsuge-making in Tsuge-factory since 15 years old. And he studied it in Sixten Ivarsson’ s atelier and learned the essence of freehand pipes made in Denmark. IKEBANA given the technique freely is lived by collectors around the world.
